We primarily use the photos that are provided to us by the item's manufacturer, with a few exceptions. We post all the photos we have available for each item.
Can I get my item in a different color?
Some of our items, such as certain styles of shoes, stockings, wigs, gloves, and petticoats, are available in multiple colors, but most of our costumes are only available in one color or color scheme, which is shown on the product page. This is because costume manufacturers usually only produce their costumes in one color or color scheme. However, some select styles, such as our licensed M&Ms or Crayons, are available in multiple colors.
For inventory purposes, items that are available in multiple colors are typically listed separately. The best way to find the available colors for any given item is to browse our store by typing the item's title in the search box, or utilizing our store categories. How accurate is your product information?
Nearly all of our product information, including images and sizing information, is provided to us directly from the manufacturer, although there are certain items where we provide our own images or measurements. To our knowledge, our information is accurate and up-to-date. However, the manufacturer may change the design, style, sizing standards, or color of a product without informing us. This is a rare occurrence, but it does occasionally happen.
Please note that the color of the item you receive may vary slightly from the color shown on our website. This is because each and every individual computer monitor has different color settings, and it is impossible for our design and catalog team to account for all of the different computer monitors on which our products are viewed.
If we become aware of a discrepancy between the image and the actual product, we try to list that information on the product page as soon as the issue comes to our attention. Costumelicious, in no way, attempts to purposefully deceive our customers if an item does not identically match the product image.
