From there, enter the date and time you expect to pay for your product, and click "Show". It's that easy! To get the most accurate estimate possible, please keep the following tips in mind.

  • Please be sure all information is complete and correct. If you receive FedEx delivery time errors after you click "Show", then one of the options was entered incorrectly.
  • Please keep in mind that we cannot ship your item until payment has cleared.
  • Please keep in mind that we operate Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM EST. Orders placed after 2 PM EST may ship out the next business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on a Friday may ship out the following Monday.
  • If there is a National Holiday between your order placement time and the estimated delivery time, please add one day to the estimated delivery date.



Please keep in mind that this is a delivery estimate only, and is not a delivery guarantee. The information provided is based on typical processing and shipment times, as well as data directly from the FedEx website.

We use both the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEx). We do not ship using United Postal Service (UPS). For our Canadian customers, we also ship through OSM Worldwide, which then transfers to Canada Post.

Shipping Policies and Questions
Q: I live near your warehouse. May I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes, we can do order pick-ups for certain items. In order to determine whether or not your item is eligible for pickup, please contact us, and use the subject line "Other". In the body of the message, please indicate that you want to pick up the item at our warehouse, and provide the Product ID of the item (found at the top of every product page). If your item is eligible for order pick-up, our customer service team will assist you in placing your order, and provide you with further instructions. You can pay for order pick-ups with the following methods of payment: Money Order, Cashiers Check, or exact cash.

Unfortunately, during the Halloween season we are too busy to accommodate order pick-ups at our warehouse. The Halloween season includes September, October, and November. We apologize for any inconvenience this may incur.

Q: How quickly will you ship my order?

We typically process orders within one business day once your payment has cleared. Please keep in mind, we operate on standard business days, Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM EST. If the payment for your order clears after 2 PM EST, it may ship out the next business day. If the payment for your order clears after 2 PM EST on a Friday, it may be shipped out the following Monday (the next business day).

Q: How long will it take to get my package?

That depends entirely on the shipping service you choose. To give you an estimated delivery time for certain ship method, please use our Estimated Delivery Time Shipping Calculator. Please keep in mind that the shipping calculator bases the results on what USPS and FedEx provide for us. It is the responsibility of the shipping service to safely deliver your package on time.

Q: What shipping service should I use?

For our domestic customers, we recommend that you choose a service that best suits your needs. If you need your order for an event that is several weeks away, choosing a slower and cheaper method should be fine. However, if you need your order right away, please choose a shipping method that will accommodate your time limit. Remember, not all delivery services operate on Saturday, and most shipping methods operate primarily on business days (Monday through Friday).

For international customers, please take into account your country's customs laws. We do not incorporate customs fees into your order's payment total because we are not authorized to collect customs fees for your country. Please keep in mind that customs inspection and processing time varies from country to country and ship method to ship method. For example, USPS International First Class Mail usually takes 6 - 10 days to reach your country's border, however, the customs inspection can add an additional 1 - 6 weeks onto the delivery time. USPS International First Class Mail also does not offer tracking information, unlike our FedEx international shipping methods. Overall, we recommend that our international customers choose a service that best suits their needs, and to choose a method that provides tracking information.

Q: Can you ship 2-Day or Overnight?

Yes and no. We can ship 2-Day and overnight to domestic addresses in the continental U.S. We cannot ship 2-Day and overnight to international addresses. Please keep in mind that if your payment clears after 2 PM EST, your order may ship out the next day. If your payment clears after 2 PM EST on a Friday, your order may ship out the following Monday. Please also keep in mind that standard 2-Day and overnight deliveries typically operate Monday through Friday, and not on Saturday and Sunday.

Q: Can you ship to a PO Box

Yes, but only if you select USPS as your shipping carrier. PO Boxes are operated by the United States Postal Service, so FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box.

Q: Can you ship to a different address than my PayPal or credit card billing address?

Yes we can! During checkout, you will be given the option to enter your desired shipping address. This information is imported into our order management system, and that's what we use to print our shipping labels. Please keep in mind that it is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the submitted shipping address is correct. Refunds cannot be given in the instance that an incorrect address was provided to us.

Q: I haven't received my order yet, what's going on?

Occasionally USPS or FedEx attempt a delivery when you're not home, and they forget to leave a note stating that they attempted a delivery. Please check the tracking number that we provided in our shipping confirmation email for further information. If the tracking information indicates your item has been delivered, and you do not have it, then please contact your local post office, FedEx office, or customs office to see if they are holding a package for you. It's also possible that a friend or neighbor is holding your package because you were not home at the time of delivery. If your item is not with a friend or neighbor, and it is not at your local post office, FedEx office, or customs office, then please contact us, and we will assist you further.

We always recommend that our customer check their tracking data and contact their local post office, FedEx office, or customs office. For both domestic and international customers, you can contact us to assist you in locating your package. You will need to provide us with the name of the person you spoke to and the contact information for the office you checked. By providing this information, we can assist you more quickly and effectively.

Q: How can I track my package?

If your order was shipped using USPS, please click here and enter your tracking number.

If your order was shipped using FedEx, please click here and enter your tracking number.

If you are a Canadian customer and your tracking number begins with "LN", please click here and enter your tracking number on the OSM Worldwide website.

If you are an international customer and not Canadian, and your number begins with "LN", you did not choose a service that offers a tracking number. The number that you have is a customs number, and contains no tracking data. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please be sure that you are entering your tracking number correctly. The easiest way to do this is to copy and paste your tracking number, instead of entering it manually. It may also be possible that you are typing the correct tracking number, but on the wrong site. We use USPS, FedEx, and for our Canadian customers with a tracking number that begins with "LN," OSM. If your tracking number is still not working, please contact us, and we will assist you.
